What happens once I've bought a Gift Card?

Purchasing the gift card will give you a unique, personal code that you can use upon booking a photoshoot.

At the checkout page you’ll be asked if you want to send it directly to the recipient so they can book it immediately, or you can have it sent to your email, where you can print it off, wrap it up and watch them smile!

How long is my Picster Gift card valid for?

Each gift card is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. This means your gift card can be used at any point in the next 2 years! 

How is a Picster gift card redeemed?

Once your recipient has chosen a date and a location, they can just go to our website and choose their photoshoot! It’s as simple as that! They’ll go through the normal booking process and at the payment screen, you’ll notice an option that says: “apply a gift card” - here they can enter their specific code and it will be automatically applied.

What about if my location isn’t listed?

Don’t worry! Although your location might not be listed, we’ve got a network of over 1,000 photographers in over 100 different cities. Send an email to hello@picster.co and we’ll be able to help you out!
