Is there any place more perfect for a photoshoot than Paris? We didn’t think so either!

Known as the City of Love, Paris has some of the best spots for stunning photoshoots, whether you’re a couple on a romantic journey, discovering France with friends or travelling with your family!

Our photographer’s helped us curate this list of the best spots in Paris to capture your happiest holiday moments.

1. Eiffel Tower & Trocadero

Come on, why wouldn’t we put this at number one?! This is the most iconic part of Paris, being one of the most visited monuments in the world.

Across the Seine, the Trocadero resides with stunning gardens and buildings. It’s the perfect distance from the Eiffel tower and creates the perfect backdrop for your photos.

Tip: If you time your evening photoshoots after dusk, at the start of each hour you’ll catch the tower sparkling - fabulous!

2. Louvre Museum

No trip to Paris is complete without a trip to the Louvre. Did you know it's the most visited museum in the world? The Mona Lisa has some serious pulling power!

One of the best locations for your Louvre photos is in the courtyard, at the pyramids! The modern pyramid contrasts with the elegant, historical palace behind. Combining these grand structures with the open space creates a cool, dramatic atmosphere for your photos.

3. Montmartre

Live just like Emily in Paris and visit the show’s iconic filming locations in Montmartre.

The aesthetics of the cobblestone streets and quaint Parisian cafés in this historic village are perfect for all photoshoots, and a great day out!

Montmartre’s picturesque streets make for a beautiful proposal site for those who want something a little different to the Eiffel tower (you’re welcome, boyfriends).

4. Notre Dame Cathedral

Architectural mastery takes form in Notre Dame, and this year you’ll be able to finally visit again! That’s going to make for some great photos.

If you’re visiting before the much anticipated reopening, there are still fantastic spots to have your photos taken. This area of Paris is actually home to one of the oldest Parisian cafés, ‘Au Vieux Paris d’Arcole’… For that really quintessential, aesthetic Paris shot.

5. River Seine

A Parisian classic!

Whether you settle on the riverbanks or the many bridges along the Seine, you’re sure to capture some beautiful pictures with your loved ones. Just… Don’t fall in.

Photoshoots around sunset are truly beautiful near the river, with the city lights providing the perfect backdrop for you and your loved ones.

6. Luxembourg Gardens

The lush greenery of these beautiful gardens offer a serene and beautiful setting.

The palace and Grand Bassin add to the serenity of the location, making for excellent photos.

Tip: Don’t bring a picnic, you’re not allowed on the manicured lawns.

7. Champs-Élysées and Arc de Triomphe

The Arc de Triomphe is another one of Paris’ most famous landmarks. Surrounded by a busy roundabout, tourists can access the monument through an underground tunnel, just like a secret agent.

Champs-Élysées captures the energy of the city perfectly, with thousands of people shopping at the high fashion brands like Cartier, Louis Vuitton and Christian Dior.

Channel your inner Chanel and visit here for some fantastic photos, especially during the day!
